Notes:

  • Laser cutting is only done with shop material
  • The drawings can be rearranged within the plate to optimize the cut and the material (if less material is used, no refund will be given)
  • Please check the instructions before submitting the form (especially line spacing > 0.8mm)
  • Submit only one form even if you have different materials
  • Put the name and size of the materials to be cut in the drawing
  • We are not responsible for the result if the Laser Cutting Guidelines have not been followed

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to get my order?

Normally it is possible to collect the orders in 1 or 2 working days since the payment is done.

However, this period may be extended coinciding with the accumulation of charge during the delivery of final projects and, therefore, we recommend to send the files you wish to order in a range of time as wide as possible to avoid delays in delivery.

Is the material included in the estimate?

Yes. We put the material, which is included in the estimate submitted. If it burns or breaks we replace it without extra cost.

We do not cut non-store materials.

What can I do if I don't have Autocad or I don't know how to use it?

If you come to our store and you inform us what you want to do, we can draw your request in Autocad or transfer your drawing from another format to enable the cutting and / or engraving.
