How to place your laser cutting and engraving order online

You can request the service by following 5 simple steps:

Fill out the form available on the same site, indicating your personal information, desired delivery date, and materials to be cut.



Attach the design file in .DXF format (2018 version).



Once received, the team reviews the design and sends a detailed quote along with a payment link.



After confirming payment, the order is usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

Technical considerations

It is essential that the design files meet the specified requirements:

  • .DXF format version 2018
  • 1:1 scale drawings
  • No additional dimensions or annotations
  • If the file weighs more than 30 MB, cannot be sent, you will need to simplify it or send an email to taller@materiaprimashop.com with the file attached to Drive, with all the data from the form so that we can estimate it.

Keep in mind that drawings can be rearranged within the sheet to optimize cutting and material usage. If you want the pieces centered relative to the margin, this must be specified in the design.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  1. ATTENTION! Drawings are never centered on the plate, if you want the pieces to be centered within the material margins, you must put the outer box with the offset of the material in yellow (cuting layer)
  2. The drawings can be reorganized within the plate to optimize the cutting and the material (if less material is used, it will not be refunded)
  3. Review the instructions before sending the form (especially the minimum distance between lines > 0.8 mm)
  4. Send only one form even if you have different materials
  5. Put the name and size of the materials to be cut in the drawing
  6. We are not responsible for the result if the laser cutting and engraving instructions have not been followed
  7. Laser cutting is only done with material from the store
