Orders can be collected in person and free of charge at a physical store (located at c/ Jordi Girona 10, 08034 Barcelona) or be delivered to your home. The delivery is made by transport service and reaches its destination in 24/48 hours on working days after the order has been processed. The customer can select the desired option during the purchase process.
White, transparent, made-to-measure or open-packaged materials are non-refundable.
As for the rest of the materials, the client has 48 hours to verify that the material received meets their expectations.
In case of receiving a product in poor condition, the customer can contact us and manage the return of the same through the e-mail email@example.com to exchange the defective product for another in good condition, without any additional cost. .
In case you want to return a product that is not in poor condition, the transport management and the corresponding expenses will be borne by the customer.
The returned material will be checked upon arrival and once it has been confirmed that it is not in poor condition, the full refund of the corresponding amount will be made to the client.
